Before you write
- We will never ask for your 12-word backups, your PIN or your passkey. Anyone who does is not SovereignKey.
- To report a security issue, email the same address with "Security" in the subject.
- If you lose access to your account, the app lets you recover it with a key from either of your 12-word backups. Write to us if you get stuck.
